Approve and sign the Shadley Associates Engineering Services Contract for the South River Park Extension in the amount of $217,900
To approve and sign the Shadley Associates Engineering Services Contract for the South River Park Extension in the amount of $217,900. The Scope of Services to include phases as identified in the RFP. Task 1 to include site evaluation and existing conditions including engineering, delineation, invasive species management plan, site survey, and structural evaluation; Task 2, to include design and permitting, concept alternatives, construction documents up to 80%, MASSDOT permitting and final construction documents; Task 3 to include project meetings and proposal assumptions.
