Authorize the Town of Marshfield's Finance Department to deficit spend in anticipation of reimbursement from insurance and medicare agencies, MEMA and FEMA under Ch. 44 §31
To authorize the Town of Marshfield's Finance Department to deficit spend in anticipation of reimbursement from insurance and medicare agencies, MEMA and FEMA under Ch. 44 §31. Further the Board of Selectmen authorizes the Town Administrator, with support from the Finance Department, to procure goods and services for this effort, and cover overtime cost and personnel costs directly related to the vaccination effort. Further the Finance Director (Treasurer/Collector) shall notify the DOR of this Board's actions.
