Chapter 30 A, Section 21 to discuss strategy sessions in preparation for Contract negation for the Town Manager position. The Board discussed the various components of the TM contract comments with Town Counsel. {It was the consensus of the Board to allow the Chair to negotiate a salary between $220,900 and $235,000 and to act as liaison with Atty. Clifford on any terms and condition in the contract. Motion: To adjourn the Executive Session January 8, 2026 at 10:14PM
