Appoint Josh Reinke as Acting Town Manager pursuant to section 4-3 of the Town Charter, and that Mr. Reinke receive a weekly stipend of $1,090.00 while he serves as Acting Town Manager. (Loukos/Dohert

Update on Assistant Town Manager search Mr, Wilk stated that he asked the Assistant Town Manager search be pushed as he felt that it may be better to wait because it would not make sense for the Assistant Town Manager position to be hired prior to the Town Manager in case there is a clash of personalities or other issues that may arise. The Board decided to table this item for the time being. 5. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting There were none Motion Te adjourn the August 20, 2025 Select Board meeting at 6:17pm
