VOTE: Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Select Board voted 3-0 to vote as follows with respect to the following parcels of land in Lexington, Middlesex County, Massachusetts: (i) Parcel 147A on the Town of Lexington Assessor's Map 22, consisting of approximately 7,901 square feet and shown as Parcel 3 on that certain plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, MA" dated September 9, 2022 and recorded with the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds (the "Registry") as Plan 803 of 2022 and described in that certain Deed to William S. Widnall and Sheila E.
