Upon a motion duly made and seconded, by roll call the Board of Selectmen voted 5-0 to approve, in accordance with MGL Chapter 138 Section 33 regarding the hours during which sale of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption (under MGL Chapter 138, Section 15) may be made by any licensee on Monday, May 27, 2019 to be from 12:00 Noon until 10 PM. and further, to issue a waiver under the provisions in the Board of Selectmen Regulations for Alcoholic Beverage License Applicable to package stores under Paragraph 2, Section 3 for Monday, May 27, 2019 from 12::00 noon until 10:00 p.m.
