Approve the Temple Beth Sholom parking lot application for up to fifty cars with the following conditions: hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with...
To approve the Temple Beth Sholom parking lot application for up to fifty cars with the following conditions: hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with police details to be required at the discretion of the Police Department, that barrels for waste will be provided on site and emptied daily, that there will be signage reminding people that it is "carry in, carry out" as there are no barrels on the beach, signage reminding people there is no drop-off and pickup at the beach, and will work with the Beach Management Advisory Committee on notices regarding plover protection, and will provide a restroom. Permit subject to further conditions and modifications at the discretion of the Town including that the lot not open until the Coburn Street beach path is repaired and will provide directional signage to the appropriate paths
