Mr. Costa moved that the board enter into executive session per Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(2) to conduct contractual strategy sessions and preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel for the following positions: Town Administrator Michael McGovern, Superintendent of Public Works, and Interim Police Chief. Mr. Watkins seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote, 5-0 Costa: Yay Watkins: Yes Campanella: Yes Conway: Yes Goldrick: Yes
