Clerk Patty Conway motioned that the Select Board adjourn open session to enter into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation of an open meeting may have a detrimental respect to collective bargaining or litigation position of the public body and the chair so declares Teamsters Local 653 and the Town of Holbrook, AAA Case No. 01-23-0000-5369 and to not return to open session. Mr. Watkins seconded the motion. Roll Call vote: Watkins yes, Conway yes, Campanella yes, Goldrick yes. Motion passes 4-0
