A motion to approve the two Intermunicipal agreements with Stoughton and Fairhaven as presented was made by Patty Conway. Seconded by Vice Chair Pam Campanella. The Chair called for a rollcall vote. Conway – yes Campanella – yes, Goldrick – yes and Watkins abstained as he arrived late and was not present for the entire discussion. The motion passed 3-0
