The Board will enter into executive session to meet or confer with a mediator and to participate in mediation with respect to litigation in the Plymouth County Superior Court case of Matthew Hersey v. Town of Hingham (Docket # 1883CV00583) under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(9) to mediate the claims brought in said litigation for the purpose of potentially resolving all claims in said litigation, and not to return to open session

“The Chair Stated: The Board will enter into executive session to meet or confer with a mediator and to participate in mediation with respect to litigation in the Plymouth County Superior Court case of Matthew Hersey v. Town of Hingham (Docket # 1883CV00583) under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(9) to mediate the claims brought in said litigation for the purpose of potentially resolving all claims in said litigation, and not to return to open session Roll Call Vote: Mr. Fisher: yes Ms. Power: yes.”
