To grant the request by Plaza Azteca Mexican Restaurant for a One Day Entertainment license on May 5, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Plaza Azteca is requesting permission for a two-member band to perform indoors from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and a DJ to perform in a gated outdoor space from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In addition, a Police Detail, for the outside venue, and a Fire Detail and Crowd Control Manager, inside the restaurant, are required to be present from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This vote is contingent on an inspection by the Building Inspector and Fire Marshall prior to the opening of the festivities.
