Minutes, page 1

ApprovePassed · 2–0

To approve and execute the Intragovernmental Agreement/License Agreement between Town of Hingham and Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant regarding the solar project at Town landfill to be amended as follows: That the third sentence of Article 1 paragraph (a) include the following language inserted after simulations "of the proposed facility from abutters' properties." With the remaining language continuing to the conclusion of the sentence.

The minutes say "Ms. Johnson and Mr. Healey were in favor, 2-0. Ms. Power was not in favor." The count (2-0) and the names (2 in favor, 1 not) do not match, so we show only the count, not how each member voted.
