“MOTION by Mr. Weeks, seconded by Mr. Heal, to adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Open Meeting Law (Chapter 30A Section 21 (a)(3)) – To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares – Highway Director, and not return to Open Session. Voted 3 – 0 Roll call –FitzGerald-Kemmett-Aye; Weeks -Aye; Heal-Aye.” (Motion: Weeks, second: Heal)
