“MOTION by Mr. Weeks, seconded by Ms. Rein, to adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Open Meeting Law (Chapter 30A Section 21 (a)(1)) – To discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual, or discuss the discipline or dismissal or, or complaints or charges against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual. – Building Inspector; pursuant to Open Meeting Law (Chapter 30A Section 21 (a)(7)) – To review and approve executive session minutes – review of executive session minutes for determination of release – 2014 – 2019, and not return to Open Session.
