“II EXECUTIVE SESSION – Chairman FitzGerald-Kemmett announced the Board would be going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 93, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares So moved by Hickey, second by Mitchell Roll Call Blauss aye, Hickey aye, FitzGerald-Kemmett aye, Mitchell aye and Dyer aye. Voted 5 - 0.” (Motion: Hickey, second: Mitchell)
