To approve the following complaint policy: To have any complaints that are sent to the Selectmen be delivered to the Town Administrator who will have the authority to have the complaints reviewed or investigated and any further complaints or counter complaints be automatically included to expand the investigation. The complaints will be afforded confidentially as to not affect any investigation.
