“Mr. Cunningham made a motion to advertise and call for a meeting on May 18 at 8:30 a.m. at the Groton Dunstable Regional High School Gymnasium to discuss reducing the quorum size. Mr. Pisani seconded the motion. Discussion Ms. Manugian explained that she thought this made sense and was concerned that only 50 people would be voting because nobody attended the Special Town Meeting.
