Mr. Cunningham made the motion.

Yes: Cunningham, Degen, Manugian, PineNo: ReillyThe roll call reads "Cunningham-aye reluctantly; Reilly-nay-said it was going to be more disruptive; Manugian-aye; Degen-aye; Pineaye".

From the minutes

“Mr. Cunningham made the motion. Mr. Reilly seconded the motion. Ms. Manugian asked if chairs would be marked off. Ms. Pine said that was not part of her recommendation. Mr. Pine said that people could do that on their own and had faith in people to do that. Mr. Cunningham said he was also comfortable with that. Mr. Degen said he could not support that without marking off chairs. Mr. Haddad said that his only problem with marking off chairs was should more people show up, now what did they do. He said there was a lot of prep time between now and Saturday morning. Mr. Kauppi explained some of the logistical issues with setting up a second room. Ms. Pine said that that was not something the Board needed to be concerned about. Mr. Kauppi said that that was correct but welcomed their input. Ms. Manugian said if they weren't going to mark off seating, she could not support this. Mr. Kauppi said that if they taped off every other seat and every other row, family units could just sit two seats apart. Mr. Degen moved to amend the main motion to tape off everywhere seat, and row and stagger the seats in open rows. Ms. Manugian seconded the motion. Ms. Pine said she would go along with this even though it wasn't necessary but wanted a unanimous vote. Roll Call: Cunningham-aye reluctantly; Reilly-nay-said it was going to be more disruptive; Manugian-aye; Degen-aye; Pineaye Roll Call on amended main motion: All ayes.” (Motion: Degen, second: Manugian)
