“Ms. Pine moved that they approve rewording of H4809 "An Act authorizing the town of Groton to grant additional alcoholic beverages licenses". Mr. Degen seconded the motion. He asked if they could expand this to include 2 more for the center of Town. Mr. Haddad said it had taken a year and a half to get this far and didn't want to add further delays.
