“Following discussion, Win Sanford made a motion to: e@ Accept Jake Farrell's resignation as Harbor Master; e@ Leave the Harbor Master position vacant for the remainder of the 2026 season; e Continue dock management functions through the Dockmaster without enforcement authority; and e@ Request that the Harbor Commission review the long-term structure of harbor operations during the off-season and provide recommendations to the Selectboard.
