Mitchell said the Board went over each article at the previous meeting and do not like to vote to recommend any articles on the same day they are reviewed. L. Gibson confirmed there are no changes to the warrant since last week’s meeting; BK concurred. Final Resolution: Motion Carries 4-0-0.” (Motion: Gibson, second: Elfman)
