Discussion: Mr. Brown stated that there is no charge for attendance which has been part of the criteria for waiving fees more so than whether or not it is a religious based event. Ms. Klein asked if this type of fee reduction has been offered to other religious denominations in Falmouth. Mr. Renshaw stated that the Waquoit Church may be one example, but he is not positive. Mr. Brown stated that this is offered often for non-profits. Ms. Klein stated that she would be less inclined to offer a fee waiver to a religious organization, however, these are services that are open to the public and have become somewhat of a tradition in Falmouth. Vote: Yes - 4 No - 1.” (Motion: Mascali, second: Brown)
