“Motion by Mr. Mascali: Based upon the Board's finding of a violation, the decision of the Select Board is to impose a suspension of 14 days of the current license and a monetary fine of $500 with a statement that any violation of the terms of the license going forward would empower Town Counsel to seek immediate injunctive relief Second: Mr. Brown Ms. Goldstone asked how the compliance would be determined. Town Counsel said that evidence has been complaint driven, which will continue. She said that the Town has also been keeping an eye on advertising, part of the warning issued in April.
