“Motion: Ms. Mello motioned to enter Executive Session Pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(2) “to conduct contract negotiations with nonunion personnel” (Keith Hickey) AND not to return to open session. Mr. Silvia seconded. Roll Call Vote: Ms. Mello, Mr. Romano and Mr. Silvia in favor. The motion passed unanimously (3-0-0).” (Motion: Mello, second: Silvia)
