“Motion: Mr. Romano motioned to enter into executive session Pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(a)(3) discuss ongoing litigation: Roderiques v. Fairhaven Planning Board and Pursuant to G.L. c.30A, s.21(a)(3) discuss potential litigation: Patrick Carr and Ruy daSilva. And to return to open session. Mr. Silvia seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mr. Romano, Mr. Saunders, Ms. Powers and Mr. Silvia in favor. The motion passed unanimously (4-0-0).” (Motion: Romano, second: Silvia)
