“Mr. Smadbeck moved to approve removal and replacement by June 30" with oversite of the Tree Warden. Ms. Serpa seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Morrison returned to the meeting. Ms. Serpa then moved on to the next item on the agenda which was the Board of Trade requests for Porchfest and Amity Week and well as all their banner requests for the coming season. Ms. Erin Ready and Ms. Julia Tarka were presen.” (Motion: Smadbeck, second: Serpa)

“Mr. Morrison moved to approve the area of three car lengths September 30" to May 15% with the discretion of the Police department to remove permission at any time. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. The Board approved the bid and contract for the Lighthouse restoration project contingent upon the Special Town Meeting vote. The Board set a Public Hearing for May 11" at 4:00pm on the application of Rosewater MV LLC, Julia Tarka Manager, who has applied for a ne.” (Motion: Morrison, second: Smadbeck)
