“Mr. Smadbeck moved to approve the Annual Town Meeting Warrant. Mr. Morrison seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Hagerty then addressed the next item which was a letter to MV Regional High School on the financing plan for the new school. The Town would prefer Level Debt out of the two options in how the debt would be structured. This would help the town plan debt forward.” (Motion: Smadbeck, second: Morrison)
