“Mr. Smadbeck moved to approve the changes. Mr. Morrison seconded. Unanimous. Ms. Serpa then recognized Ms. Elliot Bennet who was present to discuss the next item. Ms. Bennet stated that she was present to inform the Board about the MV Preparedness | Grant 2.0. The goal is to update the original MVP plan to better support populations | impa.” (Motion: Smadbeck, second: Morrison)

“Mr. Smadbeck moved to enter into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. ec. 30A, §21(a)(6), to consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property located at 4 M Daniels Way, Edgartown, Massachusetts, as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body, and to reconvene in open session. Mr. Morrison seconded. The Board did a rollcall vote and all voted Aye.
