“Mr. Morrison moved to get an appraisal for the property so they could make an informed decision. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Ms. Serpa then recognized Mr. Hagerty for the next item. Mr. Hagerty stated that he has looked into updating and modernizing the Town Code. He received a proposal from the Collins Group of $35,000. Which includes a comprehensive review of the current code, intervi.” (Motion: Morrison, second: Smadbeck)
