“Mr. Morrison moved to make the quorum 40 voters. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Ms. Serpa then opened the next item which was review of the Special Town Meeting Warrant. Mr. Hagerty briefly went through each article with a brief description and asked for any question. Overall spending is about $3 million there is about $11 million in free cas.” (Motion: Morrison, second: Smadbeck)
