“Mr. Morrison moved to approve the requests. Ms. Serpa seconded. Unanimous. Ms. Serpa then moved on to the next item which was a request from Island Energy to change the names on their fuel storage permits to the new owner for tanks #1 - #5. Ms. Rose stated that there were no changes to the licenses other than the name so it would match the .” (Motion: Morrison, second: Serpa)

“Mr. Morrison moved to approve. Ms. Serpa seconded. Unanimous. The Board then approved the following items: The Sheriff's Meadow Annual Trail Run on September 27th, 2025. The MV 20 Miler Race on February 14th, 2026. The MV Spring Classic Marathon and Half Marathon on April 26, 2026. An Excavation Permit for Farrisey for the Ever.” (Motion: Morrison, second: Serpa)
