“Mr. Smadbeck moved to approve the new liquor license and wished them good luck. Mr. Morrison seconded. Unanimous. Ms. Serpa then recognized the Cape and Island District Attorney Robert Galibois who was present to give his Annual Report. Mr. Galibois gave a quick overview of his annual report which he handed out and is available in full at www.capeandislandsda.gov . He highlig.” (Motion: Smadbeck, second: Morrison)

“Mr. Smadbeck moved to renew the town licenses for MV Taxi, Stagecoach Taxi and Adam Cab. Mr. Morrison seconded. Unanimous. The Board then approved the following items: The Edgartown School PTA Fun Run 05/10/25 A Block Permit for Rosbeck Builders at 115 N. Water Street. A Block Permit for Sparkle Window Cleaning at 32 N. Water Street. Three Excavation Permits for Fenner Construction to.” (Motion: Smadbeck, second: Morrison)
