“Ms. Serpa moved to approve the transfer. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. The Board then approved the following items: A Block the Road Permit for 117 N. Water Street to crane in some steel pieces for half a day on April 4th with a police detail. To send a letter to the Oak Bluffs Harbormaster to thank them for participating in the appl.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)
