“Ms. Serpa moved to approve and require a police detail for each occurrence. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Donaroma then addressed a last minute addition of a Block the Road Permit for Rosbeck Builders at 117 N. Water Street on December 26th. A traffic detail was also required by the Police. .” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)

“Ms. Serpa moved to approve and require a police detail. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Donaroma then moved on to the next item which was appointing a new full time member of the Planning Board. Present from the Planning Board were: Michael Shallet, Michael McCourt, David Ignacio and Rob Robinson, Alternate. Mr. Shallet opened the Planning Board .” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)

“Mr. Smadbeck moved to appoint Mr. Robinson. Ms. Serpa seconded. Unanimous. The Board then approved the following items: A Travel Voucher for the Water Department. Accepted the gift of electrical work at 5 Chasin Road. Approved the weekly warrants. The Board appointed Darren Morris to the new Solid Waste Task Force. At 4:06 pm .” (Motion: Smadbeck, second: Serpa)
