“Mr. Smadbeck moved to allow the tree to be removed and replaced with a shade tree of the Tree Warden's approval that was at least 5-6” caliper by June 1, 2025. Ms. Serpa seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Donaroma then opened the continued Eversource Hearing from June 17, 2024 for Hajjar at 19 Main Street and then recused himself from the proceedings. Present were Mr. Hajjar; Marissa Jackson, Right of Way Agent for Eversource, Highway Superintendent Allan deBetten.” (Motion: Smadbeck, second: Serpa)
