“Mr. Smadbeck moved to keep the times of the Dock Dances at 6-8pm as decided 8/5/2024 and advised by the Police Chief. Ms. Serpa seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Donaroma then opened the next item on the agenda which was a series of votes and documents for the closing on the Meshacket Commons project. The Board approved and signed the following documents: 1. Ground Lease for the rental lots. 2. Ground Lease for the homeow.” (Motion: Smadbeck, second: Serpa)
