“Ms. Serpa moved to approve the new license and wished them luck. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Smadbeck then opened the next item on the agenda which was the annual taxi meeting. Present were representatives from Adam Cab and MV Taxi. Police Chief Bruce McNamee was also present. The representative from Stagecoach was not able to attend, but was watching.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)

“Ms. Serpa moved to approve the renewals for Stagecoach, MV Taxi and Adam Cab. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. The Board then approved the following Seasonal Liquor License renewals: Atria, Among the Flowers, The Boathouse Club, The Field Club, The Chappy Beach Club, Chesca's, Covington, Détente, The Dunes, Katama General Store, Le'toile, Lucky Hanks, Porthunter, Rosewater.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)
