“Mr. Donaroma moved to approved the removal of the Silver Maple and replacement with 2 tulip trees of 3.5-4” Caliper by December 1, 2023 in locations approved by the Tree Warden. Ms. Serpa seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Smadbeck then opened the next item on the agenda which was a Shade Tree hearing for 100 Main Street. He read the notice aloud. Mr deBettencourt stated that the tree is definitely deceased and needs to come down. The owner stated that he will grind the stump and r.” (Motion: Donaroma, second: Serpa)
