“Ms. Serpa moved to approve as stated by Ms. McCracken. Mr. Donaroma seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Smadbeck then recognized Mr. Hagerty to cover the next item which was a discussion of the Land Bank building at 167 Main Street. Mr. Hagerty stated that there were no responses in the first round. He wanted to know if the Board would like to look into purchasi.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Donaroma)
