“Mr. Smadbeck moved to approve. Mr. Donaroma seconded. Unanimous. Ms. Serpa then addressed the next item which was an Alcohol License Hearing for Al's Package Store, Inc. for a Change of Officers/Directors/LLC Managers, Change of Ownership Interest (LLC Members/LLP Partners, Trustees) and Change of Manager. “Mr. Smadbeck moved to approve. Mr. Donaroma seconded. Unanimous. The Board then set a Public Hearing for December 12th at 4:05pm for changes to the Chappaquiddick Ferry Rates. Ms. Serpa then opened the hearing on the recommendation by the Shellfish Committee of a suspension of the Commercial Shellfish License of Timothy Thomas .” (Motion: Smadbeck, second: Donaroma)

The Board then approved the Christmas in Edgartown Holiday Hustle 5k on December 11th at 9am that supports the MV Boys and Girls Club. The Board approved a One Day Liquor License for Backwater Trading for their Christmas in Edgartown Sip and Shop event. The Board .” (Motion: Smadbeck, second: Donaroma)
