“Ms. Serpa moved to approve the warrants. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. The Board then voted to approve the Chappy Beach Club's annual change of officers for their liquor license. Mr. Donaroma then addressed the next item which was the Chappy Point to Point Race for August 29, 2022. Mr. Smadbeck stated that the application had been ap.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)
