“Ms. Serpa moved to set the hearing for November 22, 2021 at 4:05 pm. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Donaroma then recognized Ms. Elaine Weintraub who was present to discuss a plaque near Memorial Wharf. Ms. Weintraub stated that the plaque for Nancy Michael is in a planter near the Memorial Wharf under a tree. She would like to replace it with something larg.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)

“Ms. Serpa moved to extend the Seasonal Licenses to December 15th for this year only. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. The Board then approved the following items: A Donation from Stop & Shop to the Council on Aging. For the Minnesingers to fundraise in the Yellow House Park the day before Thanksgiving from 10-3. A Travel Voucher for the Police Department. The Weekly payroll and b.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)
