“Ms. Serpa moved to approve removal and replacement by November 15, 2021. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Donaroma then rejoined the meeting and opened the next item which was an update on the Housing Bank legislation. Present were many people, Juliette Fay and Laura Silber spoke. Ms. Fay gave a brief description on what they are trying to do and where it was in t.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)

“Mr. Smadbeck moved to endorse the Transfer Fee Bill for the Housing Bank Legislation. Ms. Serpa seconded. Unanimous. The Board then voted to change the Commercial Marine License year from Fiscal to Annual. Mr. Donaroma then recognized Mr. Ted Rosbeck, Representative to the MVC.
