“Ms. Serpa moved to sign the application and send it for a 12th year. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Donaroma then moved on to the next item which was a Shade Tree Hearing for 22 Cottage Street. Present was owner Robert Green. Mr. Green stated that the tree was in poor health and he would like to replace it. Ms. Serpa stated that she had seen the tree and agr.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)

“Ms. Serpa moved to approve the removal and replacement with a species and size of the Tree Warden's approval by October 31, 2021. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Donaroma then recognized Mr. Alan Strahler, Chair of the Energy Committee. Mr. Strahler gave a slideshow presentation. Mr. Smadbeck thanked Mr. Strahler for coming in and his presentation. The Board then made the following actions on the following items: Appro.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)
