“Ms. Serpa moved to approve removal and replacement by October 31, 2021 with the species and size to be approved be the Tree Warden. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Donaroma then opened the next item on the agenda which was a Shade Tree Hearing for 22 Cottage Street. No one was present for the hearing. .” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)

“Ms. Serpa moved to continue the hearing to the meeting of July 19th. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Donaroma then addressed a request from the Patrolman's Association to hold a Lobster Roll Drive Through on July 3rd at the Edgartown School and to hang a banner over Main Street. .” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)

Mr. Donaroma then recognized Ms. Elaine Weintraub who was present to give an update on the plaque for the National Underground Railroad designation of Edgartown Harbor. Ms. Weintraub stated that there would be a plaque dedication on July 7th with a reception to fo.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)
