“Ms. Serpa moved to approve with the stipulation that it all be cleared by the Highway Superintendent. Mr. Smadbeck seconded. Unanimous. Mr. Smadbeck then opened the discussion on a request from the MV Art Association to hold a catboat festival in association with the Catboat Association from July 17-23, 2021 with various events listed. Present was Ms. Meg Mercier and Melinda Fager were present. Af.” (Motion: Serpa, second: Smadbeck)
