Submit a letter of non-opposition for both retail and cultivation

Minutes, page 1

ApprovePassed · 3–1

To submit a letter of non-opposition for both retail and cultivation.

The minutes give only the count (3-1), not how each member voted.

From the minutes

“e Aimee Eckman made a motion to submit a letter of non-opposition for both retail and cultivation. Alexander Cestaro second the motion. e Martin McDonald noted he did not know why marijuana cultivation fits with the character of Eastham, and said he thought the town was moving too quickly. He would prefer to see the impact of the first business before approving the second. e Aimee Eckman noted that in the Town Meeting last May, two adult use retail, two medical, two growing and two driving marijuana businesses were approved by 80-90% of the town (which Wallace Adams clarified as 86%). ROLL CALL VOTE: Yes 3, No 1.” (Motion: Eckman, second: Cestaro)
