“Ms. Julius made a motion to go into executive session for the following reasons, Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a)(2) to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel, Police Chief and Deputy Police Chief. Roll Call Vote: Ms. Julius: Aye and Ms. Mullen: Aye. All were in favor, 2-0.” (Motion: Julius)
