That the Selectboard authorizes the order to Install 510' +/- of 2-4" conduit and three new pull boxes via existing pole 7/18 and 55' of 1-4" conduit to new handhole 10196/030C and 88' +/- of 1-4" conduit to new handhole 10196/050C via new pull box 10196/040 on Powder Point Avenue and Russell Road, as presented, along with the conditions presented by Sheila Sgarzi, Director of Public Works, and that NSTAR Electric d/b/a Eversource Energy contact the Duxbury Department of Public Works at least 48-hours prior to the commencement of the project
